This gesture inspired the concept for a bed that conveys stability and security while remaining inherently welcoming. In the Magnum version, the headboard takes on particularly generous proportions, featuring a soft, full shape. Its volume contrasts with the more precise, clean-lined bed frame, creating a balanced and distinctive silhouette. The bed frame itself evokes the essential, minimalist quality of a traditional Japanese tatami mat, elevated by four legs that lend a sense of lightness to the overall composition.

Comfort and Functionality

The large, padded headboard is the defining feature of the Shiko Magnum. Its enveloping proportions provide a soft surface, making it ideal for leaning against while reading or relaxing. The low-profile bed frame reinforces the sense of stability, while the legs lift the structure off the floor, ensuring the overall volume does not feel overly heavy. Available in two sizes, the bed can be easily adapted to various bedroom layouts.

Materials and Finishes

The padded headboard can be customized with a wide selection of Miniforms fabrics and wools, available in a variety of textures, colors, and categories. By combining different wood finishes with various upholstery options, the Shiko Magnum can be tailored to suit a natural, understated aesthetic or a bolder, more vibrant look.

Versatility and Adaptability

Shiko Magnum is designed for contemporary bedrooms where the bed takes center stage in the interior design. Its 130 cm-high headboard creates a striking visual presence, effectively enhancing even large walls, while a diverse range of upholstery options allows the bed to integrate seamlessly into palettes that are neutral, textured, or more sophisticated. Its generous proportions make it particularly well-suited for master bedrooms, suites, and high-end hospitality projects.

https://www.ciatdesign.com/media/catalog/product/s/h/shiko-magnum-miniforms-1.jpg 4258 instock 4258 3490.1639334262 0 0 Miniforms https://www.ciatdesign.com/media/catalog/product/s/h/shiko-magnum-miniforms-1.jpg /Products /Products/Modern Furniture /Products/Modern Furniture/Beds /Products/Modern Furniture/Beds/Double beds 2026-11-03T09:39:48+0000 358428 0
