Details and Measures
Design
Miniforms envisions Amia as a "small sofa," while maintaining light proportions that make it well-suited for dining areas. The structure is defined by precise, dynamic lines: the legs follow intersecting axes, extending upward into a backrest with an almost square profile—a signature element that makes the chair instantly recognizable. The full upholstery tempers the design’s geometric rigor, giving Amia a soft, inviting appearance without compromising its essential silhouette.
Upholstery and Customization
Amia is available in a wide selection of fabrics and wools, ranging from smooth, compact surfaces to more tactile, textured finishes. This diverse range allows for the customization of the chair’s color, feel, and character to suit any interior. Options include textiles and wools from renowned manufacturers such as Gabriel, Dedar, Maharam, Rohi, and Sahco, alongside a curated selection of collections chosen by Miniforms.
Versatility and Adaptability
With its compact profile and fully upholstered design, Amia is perfectly suited for dining rooms, living spaces, and contract environments, including restaurants and hospitality settings.
