Design

Plaff-on! was born from a simple idea: a pure, functional, and discreet luminous volume, capable of transcending time without losing its relevance. The opal glass shade appears slightly detached from the surrounding ring, creating a light and refined visual effect. Its simple shape makes it suitable for a variety of architectural contexts, from residential interiors to contract spaces, even outdoor environments. In the smaller 16 cm version, the lamp can be customized with signs, making it particularly attractive for hospitality and professional projects.

Comfort and functionality

The diffused downward light creates a pleasant and well-controlled illumination, ideal for walls, ceilings, entryways, corridors, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces. The opal blown glass diffuser softens the light emission and helps create a welcoming atmosphere. The LED versions are dimmable using compatible systems, allowing the light intensity to be adapted to different design needs. The dimmer is not integrated.

IP Protection for indoor and outdoor use

The collection has been updated to offer greater versatility. The available versions include IP protection ratings, with lampshades designed to illuminate interiors, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces.

Plaff-on! 16 has an IP65 protection rating, while the Plaff-on! 33 and Plaff-on! 50 versions have an IP54 protection rating.

Materials and Finishes

The frame is made of aluminum, while the lampshade is made of opal blown glass. Available finishes include black and rust brown, two shades suitable for both contemporary environments and more textured outdoor settings. The combination of aluminum and opal glass allows the lamp to maintain a clean, technical image and at the same time warm light output.

The more compact version is ideal for small spaces, corridors, bathrooms, contract installations, and hospitality projects where it is useful to attach signs to the lamp.
