Our company was founded in Campania, Italy—the place where we grew and became a trusted name in designer furniture. This steady growth has been driven by the dedication and expertise of our team if professionals, including architects and interior designers, along with a curated selection of premium Italian and international brands at highly competitive prices.

Italian roots, international vision
Our history began in 1972 with a family-run furniture store. In 1975, we established what we consider our historic headquarters in Calvizzano, near Naples. This marked a major step forward, as it became one fo the first large-scale high-end furniture stores in Italy. Around this time, our services also expanded to include interior design consulting, as well as ancillary services such as assembly and installation.
In 2004, we reached another milestone with the move to our current headquarters—a larger space with better connections to key areas of Naples, such as the international airport and central station. This new location also improved our ability to manage large orders thanks to a dedicated logistics platform.
2014 marked a new phase—Ciat Arredamenti became Ciat Design. This evolution was accompanied by the launch of our e-commerce platform and signaled the start of our international expansion in both sales and design services.
In 2020, Ciat Design arrived in the heart of Naples with a new showroom that quickly became a design landmark in the city’s high-end shopping district.
Today, our international focus is reflected in contract projects around the world, high-end residential work, and full-scale furniture solutions—100% made in Ciat.
