Ginger Table Lamp

Design

Ginger is the result of design research aimed at making wood extremely thin and lightweight. Sheets of wood, paper, and resins are pressed under high pressure to create a durable laminate, characterized by a reduced visual thickness and a warm, textured surface. The circular diffuser appears almost suspended on the thin aluminum stem, creating a balanced and discreet silhouette. The combination of pressed wood and metal components gives the lamp a contemporary character, capable of adapting to both simple interiors and more sophisticated spaces.

Comfort and functionality

The integrated LED source directs light towards the diffuser, which gently reflects it into the space. This configuration limits direct glare and generates soft lighting, particularly suitable for creating a relaxing atmosphere. The 2700K color temperature produces a warm and welcoming hue, while the CRI90 color rendering index naturally reproduces the colors of fabrics, furnishings, and surfaces. The integrated dimmer allows for progressive adjustment of light intensity from 0 to 100%, adapting the lamp to different activities and times of day.

Versatility and adaptability

Ginger can be placed on bedside tables, desks, consoles, side tables, and storage units. Its lightweight design makes it suitable for living areas, bedrooms, studies, or contract spaces. The indirect light enhances the environment without being invasive, while the 2-meter black cable offers good positioning freedom. The in-line switch allows for convenient control of the lamp's power and dimming.

Materials and finishes

The lamp combines pressed wood and aluminum elements. The woodwork lends warmth and depth to the surface, while the stem and metal components ensure stability and visual lightness. The combination of natural and industrial materials makes Ginger a versatile lamp, easily paired with light or dark woods, natural stones, metals and fabrics in neutral tones.
