Return Policy

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating reasons, within 14 days

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may inform us:

Of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an express declaration (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

 

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Return Conditions

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. 

Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such a refund.

 

The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer proves that  they have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

 

You will have to return the goods or deliver them to us at the address:

without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. 

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

 

You are only liable for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The returned goods must be returned in resalable condition. 

 

Goods made to the customer's specifications, perishable or easily perishable are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Important

The product to be replaced must be in its original, carefully sealed packaging.

CIAT srl will make the replacement to the address indicated on the invoice as soon as possible.

Customised or made-to-measure products are not subject to the right of return.

Return for defects or non-conformity

If the Product received should turn out to be not corresponding to the one ordered or defective, you may notify Customer Service, specifying the defect or non-conformity and whether you prefer to return the Product by receiving a replacement (conforming to the one ordered and not defective, and provided that it is available in our warehouse) or return the Product in dispute with a refund of the price paid.

 

 We accept complaints for products damaged in transit no later than 3 working days from the date of delivery. After this deadline, the effects of the insurance cover for transport damage will lapse. 

 

For this declaration, you can either copy and fill in the form at the bottom of this page or send us a declaration containing the same mandatory data as indicated on the form. In the "Additional Notes" (or in any case within the declaration) you must describe the problem encountered (the discrepancy between the Product received and the Product ordered or the defect detected) and specify whether you prefer a replacement Product or a refund of the price paid. 

 

Upon receipt of the Product, if the problem is found, we will either ship you replacement goods (if available) or refund you by crediting the card used for the purchase, depending on your preference.
