Founded in Milan in 1945, Oluce has always stood out for its ability to turn light into a story. Each lamp strikes a perfect balance between expressive power and functional features, becoming a precious object that brightens and enriches any space with its presence.

Oluce lamps are born from the vision of design masters such as Marco Zanuso, Joe Colombo, Vico Magistretti, and Tito Agnoli, combined with the company’s technical and lighting expertise. Today, Oluce lamps result from advanced technological research and a refined selection of materials and finishes, including marble, stone, galvanic treatments, and rich textures.

An Italian icon: the Oluce Atollo lamp

Designed by Vico Magistretti in 1977 and awarded the Compasso d’Oro in 1979, the Atollo lamp is one of the most celebrated table lamps in Italian design. Its geometric composition—cylinder, cone, and hemisphere—offers an abstract reinterpretation of the classic bedside lamp. In Atollo, the designer’s intention to merge simplicity of form with luminous effects is clear. Light spreads across the conical and cylindrical elements, while the technical components remain hidden, leaving only light and geometry in view.

Oluce lamps are stories told through light

Every Oluce lighting design is a unique design narrative, blending the ideas of historical and contemporary designers with the company’s technological expertise. Italian and international names such as Laudani & Romanelli, Gordon Guillaumier, Carlo Colombo, and Nendo bring their own interpretation of Oluce’s heritage and research, enriching a distinctive aesthetic universe that goes beyond trends.

The Oluce collection includes floor lamps with slender stems and bold diffusers, wall and ceiling lamps that mix iconic designs with new geometries, table lamps that embody the brand’s aesthetic, and outdoor lamps that bring Oluce style to open-air settings. Oluce suspension lamps play with geometry and materials to create luminous sculptures that add character and heritage to any space.
