Design and Concept
The More pendant lamp by Catellani & Smith, designed by Enzo Catellani, was born from the idea of extending the living space outdoors, reinterpreting domestic lighting for the outdoors. The project combines artistic sensibility and functionality, creating lighting fixtures capable of evoking an intimate atmosphere even in gardens and terraces.
Materials and Workmanship
The distinctive element of the collection is the handcrafted glass, shaped by hand while still hot, before completely cooling. Each diffuser, measuring approximately 10 x 7 cm, thus has unique and unrepeatable characteristics. The structure is completed with elements designed to withstand outdoor use, although they are not suitable for immersion.
Lighting and Specifications
The lamp uses a 0.8W 12Vdc G4 LED source, with a light output of approximately 70 lumens, a color temperature of 2700K, and a CRI of 82, for a warm, enveloping light. Its IP65 rating makes it suitable for outdoor environments. Installation is possible via a gel box system or quick connectors, ensuring practicality and safety.
