Ginger A XL 42 by Marset combines the lightness of pressed wood with a comprehensive adjustment system, designed to direct light exactly where needed. Ginger A XL 42 is the result of the Ginger collection's research into wood modeling. Thin sheets of wood, paper, and resins are compacted under high pressure to create a slim, durable, and visually lightweight diffuser. The warm, textured surface of the shade interacts with the dark, minimalist structure, creating a lamp with an elegant and contemporary character. The carbon fiber arm contributes to the system's lightness, allowing the diffuser to extend into the space without weighing down the wall.
Movable arm and adjustable light
The articulated structure allows the light source to be moved both laterally and in depth. The diffuser can be moved closer or further away from the wall, easily adapting the lighting to the user's position or the surface to be illuminated. This flexibility makes Ginger A XL 42 particularly suitable when it is necessary to frequently change the direction of the light while keeping the surface clear.
Reflected light and visual comfort
The integrated LED source directs the light towards the wooden diffuser, which gently reflects it into the room. The indirect emission limits glare and produces a warm, comfortable glow. The 2700K color temperature creates an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, while the CRI90 color rendering index faithfully reproduces the hues of fabrics, materials, and surfaces.

Plug-in version:
The plug-in version features a progressive dimmer integrated into the cable, operated by a foot pedal. The intensity can be continuously adjusted, adapting the light to reading, working, or a more subdued atmosphere.
Fixed-wiring version:
The configuration connected directly to the electrical system is compatible with Triac phase-cut dimming systems, using a suitable external controller.
