Cassina's Olimpino table, designed in 1955, represents one of the pinnacles of Ico Parisi's work. The table is distinguished by an extremely slender and recognizable structure, crafted from square-section tubular metal. The base is structured with two pairs of Y-shaped uprights: the inner arms converge toward the center to support the top, while the outer arms diverge, elegantly securing the rectangular plate with refined lateral brass clips. This complex interplay of lines creates a sense of stability and lightness, typical of Parisi's engineering vision.
