Details and Measures
The Melt lighting collection is inspired by the appearance of molten glass, melting glaciers, and outer space. The lighting produces a warm and organic glow that resembles hot-blown glass. The Melt collection is created using blow moulding and vacuum metallisation techniques to produce unique, luminous orbs. The collection is designed with a custom LED module by Tom Dixon. Overall, the text portrays a collection of lighting fixtures that are at once naturalistic and modern, evocative of various phenomena in the natural and celestial worlds.
