Fenice is a table designed by Piero Bottoni in 1936 and reproposed by Zanotta. Made in numbered specimens, Fenice has a Polimex frame, a innovative material, similar to the usual synthetic foams as polyurethane, but much lighter, resistant and endurable. The inner part made of Polimex is then coated in concrete with a acrylic finish, that undergoes a nanotechnology protective treatment stain resistant based on titanium dioxide.
