Design
Doheny is available in three- or four-tier configurations and can be wall-mounted or free-standing. The rectangular shelves feature a beveled front corner and interact with trapezoidal side panels, designed to complement the horizontal elements. Tops and crosspieces can be made of wood or glossy lacquer, while the polished aluminum sides can be left exposed or upholstered in leather, with tailored stitching that delicately highlights their profile. This combination allows for the alternation of warm, textured surfaces with metallic, reflective details, maintaining a visually light and sophisticated composition.
The bookcase is available in the following dimensions: 57 × 46 × H 180 cm and 57 × 46 × H 232.5 cm, both available in the Mod. A and Mod. B configurations. Multiple Doheny elements can be combined, even in different configurations, to create larger compositions and transform the wall into a rhythmic and structured structure. As an alternative to traditional shelves, the system can integrate a hook with an octagonal glass shelf. These variations expand the compositional possibilities and allow Doheny to transcend the traditional function of a bookcase, also becoming a display and scenic support.
Versatility and Adaptability
Thanks to the attention to structure and detail, Doheny can be used as a single element or arranged in modular sequences. In the living room, it can hold books, objects, and decorative works, while in configurations with hooks and glass, it can take on a more display-oriented character. The combination of polished aluminum, bronze brass, wood, lacquers and leather also allows it to be adapted to contemporary interiors, sophisticated residential spaces and hospitality projects.
