SHIPPING

We offer you an efficient service and a simple shopping experience to enhance the value of the products on sale in our online shop.

 

Generally, shipments take place when all the ordered goods (in the case of several items in the same order) are ready, but for different needs you can specify your preferences in the order notes or contact our customer service (by email or phone), we will do everything to accommodate you. 

 

If you have already purchased from our Site, you can request delivery of the items to any address, specifying your full details when ordering.

 

If you are a New Customer (i.e., if you are purchasing for the first time from ciatdesign.com) or if you are purchasing through your Paypal account, we may ask you at the time of order confirmation to agree to receive the Products at the billing address or at the address indicated on your verified Paypal account.

 

Shipping of items is free of charge for purchases over €250.00, provided that:

  1. The order is at least € 250.00 for each shipping address;
  2. The shipping address is in Italy (including the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City).

Delivery times vary depending on stock availability and are to be understood as the sum of availability and shipping services.

 

We study the fastest and safest transport solution for each individual product.
We work with the main express couriers (UPS, DHL, Fedex, SDA, TNT) through which we handle the dispatch of non-bulky or non-fragile products.

 

Unforeseen additional costs may apply for the delivery of large items, floor deliver, or challenging conditions related to the building or residence. These may include: addresses in traffic-restricted zones or remote areas, narrow staircases, or tight access points. In such cases, renting equipment like aerial platforms or special vehicles may be required. Any related costs will be charged to the recipient. 

 

For large or heavy items (such as sofas, armchairs, cupboards, marble tables, beds, etc.) or if your delivery location has limited or difficult access, you can request a quote for additional services at checkout, which you will receive from our Customer Service. Alternatively, we recommend reaching out to us before completing your purchase so we can review your situation together to evaluate your specific needs.

ITALY

  1. express courier: 1/2 days
  2. specialised carrier: 7/10 days

EUROPE

  1. express courier: 3/5 days
  2. specialised carrier: 10/15 days

WORLDWIDE

  1. express courier: 5/7 days
  2. specialised carrier: 30/40 days

The waiting days indicated for each product are working days and, therefore, exclude public holidays and any long weekends.

 

For products that are not immediately available in the warehouse, the days from 01 to 27 August must be excluded from the waiting time calculation. For products that are immediately available in the warehouse, shipments take place regularly with the exception of 1 and 6 January, 14/15/16 August, 25 December.

 

Unless otherwise specified and/or agreed with our offices, deliveries take place on the ground floor, facing the street, outside the building. You can request a quote for additional services at checkout, our team will send you a quote for extras such as Floor Delivery and White Glove Service.

 

Standard shipping within Italy is free for orders over 250 €. In foreign countries, such services are only available on request and subject to additional quotation.
The Products always travel covered by insurance against theft and damage.
If the destination of the goods is outside the European Union (EU), your purchase will be exempt from Italian VAT.
When the shipment reaches the customs of the destination country, the transport company will guide you through the customs clearance process and payment of the VAT, duties and customs charges of the destination country.
It is not possible for us to predict the amount of duties you will have to pay as this is a matter beyond our control. You will pay what is due according to the laws in force in the country of destination.
Shipping rates never include VAT, duties and customs charges of the destination country.
