Details and Measures
Gilda is Zanotta's armchair designed by Carlo Mollino in 1954. The armchair is made by an ash frame, you can choose american walnut or oak painted, with adjustable backrest in four positions. Padding is in self-extinguishing polyurethane foam with polyester fibre, whereas the springing is guaranteed by steel springs. Coating, removable, is available both in fabric than leather, among the many proposal from Zanotta's catalogue. Gilda is one of the Mollino's most iconical projects, a great example of how, in his works, design, craftwork and various style flow into a single object, characterized by a always original shape but but studied in detail to ensure functionality and comfort.
