PH 2/1 is the table lamp designed by Poul Henningsen for Louis Poulsen. Real Louis Poulsen's phylosophy founder father, Henningsen designes this lamp collection, declined in several sizes, shapes, finishes and uses, taking advantage of one single principle: light reflection. The 3 pieces that compose the lampshade are made of opaline blown glass in 3 layers and have a double finish: polished on the upper side and matt blasted on the lower. This makes the light to be reflected and diffused smoothly downwards, giving a homogeneous illumination. The whole frame is made of spun metal, available in 3 finishes: polished chrome, metallic brass and metallic black.
