Design

Giulietta stems from a balance between dynamic flair and formal discipline. The frame traces a continuous line that naturally envelops the seat, making the inverted U-shaped trestle the project’s defining feature.

In the solid wood version, smooth surfaces highlight the tactile quality of the wood, while the joinery details—inherent to wooden construction—emerge discreetly. Craftsmanship thus becomes an integral part of the aesthetic, underscoring precision and material authenticity.

The lacquered variant presents the same essential design using a structure clad in high-density structural polyurethane, introducing glossy surfaces and bolder color tones without compromising the purity of the form.

Comfort and functionality

The lightly padded backrest is designed to provide comfortable, well-balanced support while dining. The seat integrates seamlessly into the frame without interrupting its visual continuity, helping to maintain a light, elegant profile.

Materials and finishes

The frame is available in a variety of material options.

Solid wood versions:

Open-pore lacquered ash in Licorice.
Light Brown stained Canaletto walnut with matte polyester lacquer.
Malt-stained Canaletto walnut. The wood veneer versions highlight the natural grain and quality of the craftsmanship, resulting in a surface that feels soft and silky to the touch.

Glossy lacquered version.

The structure is also available in BAYDUR® 60 structural polyurethane, with a glossy lacquered finish in the following colors:

Mocha.
Chestnut.
Moss.
Birch.

This variant gives Giulietta a more graphic, contemporary character while preserving the elegance of its proportions.

The product contains FSC®-certified wood components.
