Gervasoni, originally known as "The Premiata Società Friulana per l'Industria del Vimini", was born in 1882 in the city of Udine. The wounds caused by the Great War, when Udine was temporarily designated as the "capital", still remained evident in the surrounding area, leaving profound marks on the human, moral and economic level. It was in this scenario that Gervasoni's extraordinary story began. In 1925, Giovanni Gervasoni took command of this modest company specializing in the production of baskets and small products for the local market, together with his business partner Danilo Della Martina.
Today, several designers from different fields collaborate with Gervasoni to create collections that span both interior and exterior furnishing fields. The incessant search for solutions suitable for modern comfort pushes the company to constantly explore new ways to shape its domestic world, characterized by attention to detail and innovative working techniques.
