Design

Orion Outdoor interprets the sofa as an open and dynamic system. The project takes shape from a repertoire of polygonal modules—rectangular, square, and trapezoidal—that allow for the creation of ever-changing compositions, adapting naturally to gardens, terraces, patios, and open-air hospitality settings.

The formal identity arises from the balance between geometric rigor and perceptive softness. The inclined surfaces introduce movement into the composition, while the low, generous volumes establish a direct relationship with the surrounding landscape.

Comfort and functionality

The low, wide seats are designed to offer relaxed and welcoming comfort, ideal for experiencing the outdoors as a natural extension of the home. The large seat cushions are accented with converging stitching, accentuating their graphic value and underscoring the system's sartorial quality.

The simply positioned backrest complements the horizontal reading of the whole and is finished with tone-on-tone double stitching in an envelope design. Every detail contributes to a sophisticated, uncluttered, and coherent image.

Versatility and adaptability

Thanks to the variety of modules available, Orion Outdoor allows for linear, structured, or more dramatic configurations. The elements can be arranged to create conversation areas, outdoor lounges, relaxation spaces, and compositions designed for residential or contract settings.

The system is completed with freestanding travertine tables, available in various shades. Inserted between the seats or positioned in front of the sofa, they introduce a material presence that strengthens the connection with the outdoor environment and expands the composition's potential uses.

Materials and construction details

The design draws inspiration from John Lautner's architectural research, which inspired the idea of ​​elements interacting like small, independent architectural structures. The steel feet, also available in a painted finish, lift the volumes off the ground and give the whole a sense of lightness and suspension.

The product contains FSC®-certified wood components.
