LC Shutters is the pendant lamp designed by Louise Campbell for Louis Poulsen. A sober lamp but with a touch of verve, perfect both in public spaces and private houses. Frame is made with 2 overlapping lampshades, made of die-cast and spun aluminium, painted in white. The double outer layer let the light, filtered inside by a polypropylene and opalescent diffuser which avoids glares, enlighten the little holes and to come out softly all around the frame itself, creating a nice just white halo. The downward direct light is particularly diffused and smooth, make possible enlightening large spaces or to be focused on smaller places. Once again a simple and linear design shows original and interesting aspects, for a great impact and functional light effect.
