Lauro Table Lamp

Design

Lauro was born at a pivotal moment in Marset's history, when design began to establish itself as a central element of the brand's identity. Its reissue remains faithful to the original project, showcasing generous forms, technical materials, and a bold formal language. The base and stem are made of steel, available in chrome or anthracite finishes. The metalwork recalls the industry of the 1970s and the technical complexity of steel bending, an innovative process at the time and still crucial to design today.

Lighting and functionality

The adjustable lampshade allows you to direct the light by rotating it and adjusting its height along the base. This flexibility makes Lauro suitable for a variety of uses, from reading to accent lighting, to the creation of more intimate and decorative atmospheres. The lamp uses an E27 LED light source (not included), reinterpreting the aesthetics of traditional lamps with a contemporary and easily manageable lighting solution.

Materials and finishes

Lauro combines steel and methacrylate, materials that define its visual identity and construction quality. The frame is made of steel, while the lampshade is available in two variants:

Translucent opal methacrylate, for a soft, diffused light.
Double-layer black methacrylate, for a more direct light.

The base and stem finishes, chrome or anthracite, allow you to choose between a brighter, more reflective output or a more understated, graphic, and contemporary effect.

Versatility and adaptability

In the tabletop version, Lauro is 41 cm tall and has a 38 cm base. Its compact yet elegant proportions make it ideal for desks, consoles, bedside tables, side tables, and worktops in living areas or studies. The collection also includes a floor-standing version, 135 cm high, and a wall-mounted version, 50 cm high, allowing for a coordinated lighting scheme within a single furnishing project.
